Job summary

Travelodge Ilminster is seeking a Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, handle cash and banking, and perform safety walks in a friendly, supportive environment.

No experience is required as training will be provided. You’ll join a family-feel team with flexible shifts, 50% room discount plus food and drink, and opportunities to progress through the Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; training provided.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at reception and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Carry out regular fire and safety walks.
• Support wider hotel teams as needed.
