Job summary

Travelodge London Brent Cross is seeking a Reception Team Member on a full-time contract. Join a friendly, supportive team with flexible working to suit you. No experience required; full coaching will be provided to get you started.

You will welcome guests, perform check-ins, handle cash, and participate in fire & safety walks while supporting colleagues across the hotel. Travelodge offers rewards, discounts, and development opportunities through Aspire.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Good communication and friendly manner are important.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in at reception.
• Handle cash transactions and banking procedures accurately.
• Perform regular fire and safety walks and maintain security protocols.
• Assist wider hotel team as needed and contribute to a positive guest experience.
