Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn Bristol Alveston is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and support a seamless stay. This permanent, part-time role (16 hours/week) is based at Thornbury Road, Alveston, near Bristol, offering a competitive hourly rate with Whitbread benefits.

You will be the friendly face of the hotel, coordinating with housekeeping and other teams to ensure rooms are prepared and guests receive outstanding service from check-in onward.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings or weekends if required.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Receptionist – Bristol Alveston Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Receptionist at Premier Inn in Bristol Alveston. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your fun personality and your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them to rest easy from the moment you check them in – be it a warm smile or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.06 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent – we don't do zero hours contracts!

HOURS:

16 hours per week
