Overview

This renowned and award-winning international law firm is proud of its Front of House, client service team, and is currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Leader.

It’s a ‘hands on’ role, reporting into the FOH Manager, providing a high quality, professional Client Host service to all their clients and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Produce weekly rotas and ensure cover is in place at all times.
  • Attend team meetings, record minutes and distribute them to the team.
  • Deputise for the FOH Manager and hold regular one-to-one meetings with the Client Host team.
  • Work closely with the firm’s marketing and Events teams.
Qualifications
  • To apply you will be a corporate receptionist with supervisory experience, from a client-driven environment (law, accounting, merchant/investment banking and similar).
  • Be used to a high quality, pressurised customer focused/service environment, and be able to deal with people at all levels and work effectively as part of a team.
