As Reception Team Leader you will help set the tone for every guest journey: a calm and confident anchor in our ever-moving coastal setting - where sunrise at Bedruthan and sunset at Scarlet are part of your working week.

What does the role look like?
  • Leading from the front during peak times – keeping flow and energy positive and efficient, seeing the sunset and sunrise in each business each week.
  • Assisting the management team to create a strong operational rhythm with adaptable plans that work across both hotels.
  • Ensuring our guest experience is thoughtful, informed, and unforgettable.
  • Helping to coach our teams to deliver exceptional service ensuring billing, payments, and systems are accurate and smooth.
  • Being an integral part of team development with seasonal awareness.
  • Using feedback, data (including Net Promoter Scores), and team insights to drive continuous improvement.
