Job summary

Long-term Teachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a friendly Primary School in Weston-Super-Mare. The role is full-time during Term 1, with responsibilities in planning, teaching and assessing early development within the EYFS framework.

The successful candidate will collaborate with another Teacher, promote strong learning outcomes, and maintain positive behaviour management while supporting children and parents in the school community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and development milestones.
• Ability to plan, teach and assess to a high standard.
• Positive attitude towards behaviour management in and out of the classroom.
• Supportive to children and parents; effective communication with the EYFS team.

A wonderful Primary School in Weston-Super-Mare is looking to appoint an energetic EYFS Teacher to work throughout their Reception Class. The Role

This is a Full-Time position, where you will be working in the Reception class during Term 1, working in partnership with another Teacher to plan and assess children’s early development and communicate any challenges and successes.

The Head Teacher is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the EYFS curriculum to work collaboratively with other EYFS Teachers and Learning Support Assistants to promote and develop the children’s learning and development.

You will be expected to:

• A passion to raise attainment and achievement.
• Planning, Teaching and Assessment must be at a high standard.
• Positive attitude towards behaviour management inside and outside the classroom.
• Be supportive to children and parents.
• Motivate and Inspire children to develop through challenges.
• Work collaboratively with EYFS team.
