We’re looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of Chelsea.

Job Title: Reception Supervisor
Location: Chelsea, London
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour + holiday pay
Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off (full-time)

As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll ensure every stay runs smoothly - from a warm welcome at check-in to a professional, seamless guest experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising the reception team and leading by example to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Overseeing daily front-office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations
  • Supporting communication between departments to ensure high service standards
  • Providing cover for night shifts when required
