As a Reception Supervisor at The Aubrey, you will be responsible for:
As a reception supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Reception Supervisor, you will have strong customer service, leadership and administrative skills and previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury fast-paced environment is essential.
