Overview

At Eastwood Park we are proud of the beautiful surroundings in which we work and want to ensure many others get to enjoy this wonderful venue. We’re looking for an experienced Reception Manager to be responsible for the efficient operation of Reception/Front of House services, including line management of the Reception team. You will work hands-on as part of the team on a daily basis, ensuring a warm and friendly service to all visitors and guests, and operating a busy switchboard.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the efficient operation of Reception/Front of House services and line manage the Reception team.
  • Work hands-on as part of the team to ensure warm, friendly service to all visitors and guests and operate a busy switchboard.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience as Assistant Reception Manager or Manager within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Passionate about hospitality and the guest experience, with an understanding of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to work on one’s own initiative.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong internal relationships and rapport with guests.
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office software and confidence with role-specific packages (including booking and payment systems).
  • Welcoming and friendly nature with a smart appearance and high standards of personal presentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and a systems-led approach.

The role is 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
