About the Role

Role : Reception Manager Malmaison

Key Responsibilities

• First and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for the visit and ensuring everything is above and beyond before they leave.
• Manage a small team within the property and assume Duty Manager responsibilities throughout the week.
• Oversee hotel front‑of‑house operations, reservations system (Opera) and guest satisfaction.
