The Role;
  • As the Reception Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team
  • Ensure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
  • The Reception Manager is responsible for managing and creating exceptional and rememberable first impressions to all hotel users
  • Assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels, exceptional customer services
  • Organised, structured able to delegate whilst addressing all business needs
  • Operates with a sale and promotes the hotel brand's loyalty scheme
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates,
  • Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members
  • Support and assist with training. absence monitoring, performance managing, coaching, mentoring and developing
  • Product savvy, knowledgeable in expected services, pricing
