Reception Manager

Reception Manager needed for an established financial services firm to oversee a team of 8 receptionists and ensure the smooth running of a busy, high-profile front desk operation. This is a client-facing management role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Deputising for the Front of House Manager
  • Driving service excellence by improving systems and procedures
  • Training and coaching the reception team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Managing rotas, breaks, and holiday cover to ensure full desk coverage
  • Meeting and greeting clients, providing 5-star service at all times
  • Handling client queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Liaising with suppliers, facilities, AV, hospitality, and events teams
  • Supporting new joiner training and contributing to performance reviews
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings and checks via reservation systems
  • Assisting with occasional events and coordinating logistics
Qualifications
