Reception Manager – Luxury Serviced Offices
ASAP start – Temp - Perm – Central London – £35,000 - £38,000 + excellent benefits – 9am – 5:30pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Supervise on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors
  • Ensure tasks are balanced across the team and that daily operations run efficiently
  • Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans for team members
  • Coordinate and document daily team briefings to keep everyone aligned
  • Manage rotas, authorise leave, and monitor attendance to maintain smooth operations
  • Act as Centre Manager when required, stepping in to oversee all aspects of the centre
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and client service throughout the centre

  • Experienced in operations and team management, with strong organisational and coordination skills
