The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Receptionist Manager to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager, ideally within the luxury hospitality market
• Develop and manage departmental plans for resourcing and recruitment, ensuring staffing levels meet operational needs
• Support the Front of House (FOH) Manager in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of reception areas, consistently delivering exceptional service
• Ensure you and your team have up-to-date knowledge of club products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies, as well as local area information, and actively promote them
• Build strong one-to-one relationships with members to provide intuitive, personalised service and a consistently positive experience
• Assist the events team in delivering large-scale and member-focused events within the club
• Collaborate with the FOH Manager and the wider F&B management team to optimise bookings and ensure a seamless member journey throughout the club
• In partnership with the FOH Manager, lead, inspire, and support the team through ongoing training and development, fostering a culture of excellence
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
