We’re looking for an Assistant Reception Manager who can help lead our front desk with confidence, energy, and standout service.

About the Role

As Assistant Reception Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our guest journey. Supporting the Reception Manager, you’ll help oversee the daily running of the front desk, motivate the reception team, and ensure every guest receives the warm, polished service The Nici is known for.

This is the perfect role for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and develop their leadership career in luxury hospitality.

  • Oversee smooth and efficient check‑ins, check‑outs, and daily front desk operations
