With minimum 2 years' experience and expertise in SevenRooms, you will lead a warm, professional team, maximise revenue, and uphold the group's high hospitality standards across London openings. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing reservations for a busy restaurant in London.
• Excellent knowledge of SevenRooms Reservations system.
• Confident and warm communication with team and guests.
• Exceeding guests' expectations and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Leading reception team and supporting them through regular training.
• Experience hiring, training and motivating a team.
• Communicate effectively and clearly at all times.
• Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations for a busy restaurant in London and oversee front-of-house operations.
• Lead and train the reception team to ensure consistent service.
• Hire, train and motivate front-of-house staff.
