Job summary

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Mature and professional approach to Sexual Health issues.
  • Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of administration/reception roles.
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Reception desk duties including greeting and registering patients.
  • Use the Lilie patient management system to manage patients.
  • Handle telephone enquiries from the SPA courteously.
  • Support the Administration Team Lead in operational functions.
