Reception and Administration Support

A1/A3 (SCP 2-4) £24,483 - £25,185

Actual Salary: £9,572 - £9,847

Contract Type: 16 hours per week, Term Time Only + 3 Working Weeks

Working pattern: Monday and Tuesday 8am-4.30pm

The successful candidate will be expected, where possible, to attend Trust CPD days, which may occasionally fall on a non-working day. Richmond Hill Academy is looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist / Administration Support to join our team on a part-time basis. Working under the direction of the Office Management you will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service alongside delivering high-quality administrative support within our busy school office.

Requirements
  • Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working within a busy environment.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
