A healthcare provider in Doncaster is seeking a full-time Reception and Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include managing appointments, welcoming patients, and providing administrative support to clinical staff. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and experience in a healthcare setting. The role offers flexibility in hours and requires GCSE Mathematics and English qualifications.
Undertake a variety of reception and administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the Practice including the provision clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the Practice team. Facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies.
We are looking to employ a full time (37.5hrs) Reception and Administrative Assistant, between the hours of 7am Monday to 6pm Friday. (These can be altered during times of annual leave/sickness).
