A health and social care organization in Brompton is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant. You will be integral to the Medway and Swale Mental Health Together Plus Team, responsible for meeting clients, answering phones, and supporting administrative tasks. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join the Medway and Swale Mental Health Together Plus Team. The post is integral to the team where you will be working in the reception area of Britton House, Gillingham. You will be meeting and greeting clients and visitors to Britton House and answering the phones. You will need to exhibit empathy and compassion when dealing with clients face-to-face and on the phone, and you will also be supporting the team with admin tasks.

It is important that the successful applicant exhibits empathy and compassion, has a professional and flexible attitude, likes being part of a team, has good communication and interpersonal skills, can prioritise workloads and can work to agreed timescales. Ideally educated to GCSE standard, with A to C in Maths and English (or equivalent). Previous Reception/Administrative experience, including dealing with clients in a professional, empathetic manner.
