A well-established care home in Mildenhall is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrator to manage administrative procedures and provide reception cover. Working 37.5 hours per week, you will liaise with residents, relatives, and service providers while performing various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have excellent administration skills and a caring nature. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The role is site-based from Monday to Friday, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We are recruiting for a permanent Receptionist/Administrator position for an established 29 room care home in Mildenhall.
This a full-time site-based position working 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday.
Daily hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the administrative procedures within the home as directed by the home manager and to provide reception cover as required.
