Job description

High Rise is a fabulous, fun-filled adventure centre with Clip ‘n Climb indoor climbing, soft play, sensory rooms, party and meeting rooms and a café. Based in Lisburn High Rise is part of a charity with profits used to help local families. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for delivering an exceptional first impression for all guests and visitors to High Rise.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the High Rise reception function by handling on line bookings, emails and in person enquiries
  • Greet and welcome guests as required
  • Manage guest correspondence in relation to group bookings and respond to enquiries as appropriate
  • Monitor guest feedback and escalate to SMT as appropriate
  • Deal with enquiries and emergencies as required in a calm and professional manner
  • Comply with the organisation’s Security & Confidentiality policy at all times, ensuring the highest levels of information security, data protection and confidentiality
  • Undertake any other duties of a similar nature related to this post that may be required from time-to-time
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer facing administration role
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work independently using initiative to prioritise work and manage deadlines
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proof of right to work in the UK will be required before engagement.
