Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the reception/admin team, ensuring excellent communication and promote high morale.
  • Manage team rotas, annual leave cover, performance reviews, appraisals, and sickness return to work processes.
  • Conduct staff training, induction, and support development of team members.
  • Ensure smooth process of appointment bookings, clinic management, and patient communication.
  • Maintain admin supplies, reception materials, and update literature and noticeboards.
  • Be the first point of contact for verbal complaints, escalating appropriately.
  • Attend meetings, contribute to service improvement, and ensure compliance with SPC policies.
  • Support business continuity and act as Fire Marshall and delivery contact.
