Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a recently qualified PhD graduate for an Analog IC Design Engineer role with a world-leading semiconductor company based in Cambridge. You will join an established IC design team working on advanced circuit designs for radio transceiver applications, spanning RF, baseband and PLLs, with a strong emphasis on low-power design.

You will own circuit development from architectural definition to final delivery and learn from industry-leading

Qualifications

• A PhD in Electronic Engineering or similar field
• Solid practical foundation in analog IC design
• Focus on data converter design (ADC/DAC) with understanding of architectures
• Proficient skills in Cadence Virtuoso

Responsibilities

• Own circuit development from initial architectural definition through to final design delivery.
• Work on advanced circuit designs for radio transceiver applications across RF to PLLs with emphasis on low power.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and take ownership within an established IC design team.
