Job description

As a rebate coordinator intern in the finance department, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring accurate and timely processing of rebate claims. Your work from day one will involve meticulously reviewing rebate submissions,veryfing supporting documentation, and collaborating with internal teams. By doing so, you will directly contribute to our financial accuracy and enhance our relationship with partners, making your role both essential and impactful from the very start.

What You Can Expect
  • Manage the customer rebates and promotional invoices (High volume), ensuring customer invoices are validated with the accruals tracker and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate setting up and changing of rebates in the SAP system to prevent queries.
  • Providing necessary & meaningful reports to local business team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Finance team.
  • Ownership on the direct/ indirect process.
  • Managing presentation and communication between Sales and Finance department.
  • Involving into the quarterly accrual releases.
  • Managing month end strip net sales requests.
  • Pricing set up in both SAP and KAM's platforms.
