HFM Realty seeking high quality real estate agents. Must have a valid real estate sales license, the ability to work with buyers and sellers, and proactive to be able to prospect for real estate sales. HFM Realty is a fully licensed brokerage and marketing agency with the resources for agents to acquire 24/7, competitive commissions splits, low agency fees, and the opportunity for promotional growth. 1) Become a member of the REALTORS Association and MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
2) Have transportation and a valid driver's license

7) Self organization skills for documentation filing and submission in a timely manner
