Job summary

A leading financial trading firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Dealing Desk Operations Analyst to enhance execution quality and manage the trade lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of dealing desk support experience, preferably in an FCA-regulated environment, and strong analytical skills. You will assist with real-time trade monitoring and ensure operational resilience within a high-availability trading environment. Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in dealing desk support, preferably in an FCA-regulated firm.
• Hands-on experience with OneZero Hub and basic configuration.
• Experience with trade reconciliation and operational control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dealing desk with trade monitoring and execution quality checks.
• Monitor liquidity provider connectivity and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the full trade lifecycle and ensure adherence to internal controls.
