Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in corporate real estate.
• Experience with cross-border real estate and private equity clients.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UK and multi-jurisdictional real estate M&A and JV transactions.
• Structure holding entities including REITs, LPs, funds.
• Lead on real estate asset acquisitions, lettings, disposals and portfolio deals.
• Counsel on development, regeneration, forward funding and forward sales.
• Collaborate with Corporate/M&A, Finance, Tax and Disputes on property aspects.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
