Gowling WLG is recruiting for a dedicated Real Estate Training Contract in Birmingham. Trainees will rotate through four six-month seats in the Real Estate Group, handling a range of property transactions and projects under close mentorship from partners and the Early Talent team.

The programme offers structured learning, a clear path into a busy practice, and sponsorship for the Postgraduate Diploma or LLM Legal Practice (SQE1 & 2) with maintenance support.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month seats within the Real Estate Group.
• Work on landmark deals and gain exposure to planning, development, investment and litigation.
• Receive mentorship from partners, supervisors and the Early Talent team.
