Real Estate Solicitor - Agricultural - Dorset

We are assisting this thriving practice in their recruitment for a real estate solicitor to join their busy agricultural team to work on a range of agricultural real estate work. As the real estate solicitor in this strong real estate team, you will be working on agricultural landlord and tenant, sales and purchases of farm land/property, partnerships, joint ventures and other rural enterprise matters.

This real estate solicitor is to join the Sherborne office on a hybrid basis.

Working for a number of estates, farming businesses and institutional clients, you will be working on a varied transactional caseload to include agricultural tenancies, sales and purchases, equestrian properties and much more. This team are looking to hire due to growth in the team.

You will be a qualified solicitor and have 2 PQE and above. If you have gained agricultural experience as part of a wider commercial property caseload, please still apply.
