Responsibilities

• Work with UK asset managers on asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing and complex agreement for lease transactions in sectors such as retail, restaurant, industrial and office.
• Handle quirky headleases, property rights, rights of light and turnover leases for mixed-use historic Central London estates.
• Take a lead role on transactions and assist in cementing the relationship with the Clients.
