Real Estate Solicitor | Manchester | £80,000–£90,000+ DOE

Oculus are currently partnering with a highly regarded Silver Circle law firm to recruit a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its market-leading team in Manchester.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on London-quality Real Estate matters while enjoying the benefits of being based in Manchester, with exposure to some of the UK's most complex and high-profile transactions.

The Opportunity:

You'll advise on a broad range of sophisticated Real Estate matters, including:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of asset management work
  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals and real estate financings
  • Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
  • Providing strategic commercial advice to protect clients' interests
  • Working on major development projects, from brownfield industrial developments to large-scale town centre regeneration schemes
Salary:

£80,000–£90,000+ DOE

Hybrid Working:

3 days in the Manchester office, 2 days from home
