Yolk Recruitment Ltd. is excited to present an opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor (2+ PQE) in Cardiff. This full-time permanent role offers hybrid working with experienced Partners on a broad range of commercial property matters.

You will advise diverse clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and property finance, with clear progression and comprehensive training within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Around 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
• Experience within a commercial property team.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Assisting with landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations.
• Supporting development and regeneration projects.
• Working on property finance transactions.
• Managing due diligence and preparing transaction documents.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other professional advisers.
• Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.

The Role
