This multi-office Cambridgeshire firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, friendly and supportive team.

Due to expansion the firm are seeking an individual with 1+ PQE who can work independently and as part of a team with other fee earners. You will have experience in:

• Commercial leases/occupiers (grants/surrenders/assignments/ LTA 54 renewals)
• Grant of easements
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Options and overage
• Property finance

Experience in commercial and residential development an advantage.
