Job Description

• Handling commercial real estate transactions across development, investment acquisitions, disposals, leasing (landlord & tenant), and finance
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless, high-quality advice
• Developing technical legal skills through exposure to complex and varied mandates

The Successful Applicant

• A solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE in real estate, commercial property work, residential conveyancing or rural land
• Experienced or comfortable working across residential and commercial development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and finance
• Client-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator with good organisational skills
