Job summary

Viewber is seeking people in the United Kingdom to host property viewings and related tasks in their spare time, earning income via freelance assignments across the UK.

Assignments include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet, Video Viewings, Photography and Floor Plans with flexible invitations you can accept or decline. DBS/AccessNI certificates dated within 3 years are required, and you’ll travel within a radius you choose.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Provide freelance property appointments such as viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography and floor plans.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations based on availability and radius.
• Travel within the set radius to perform assigned tasks and maintain professional conduct.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
