Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a Solicitor to join their specialist Property Charging Team, advising registered providers of social housing and funders across the UK.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale secured lending and property charging transactions, combining elements of real estate, finance, and due diligence. You’ll handle a range of property types, review and prepare Certificates of Title, resolve chargeability issues, and ensure smooth delivery of complex transactions in collaboration with colleagues across funding and housing teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property or housing transactions, excellent technical and drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
