Description
  • Assist in managing live files and support all stages of conveyancing transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions.
  • Prepare reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with supervision).
  • Raise and review enquiries on title, contract packs, searches, and surveys.
  • Handle administrative tasks including file opening, AML compliance, and post-completion formalities.
  • Draft financial statements and invoices.
  • Maintain internal and external systems with accurate updates.
Profile
  • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal executive in conveyancing is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
  • Confident, commercially aware, and able to work to deadlines using initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
