Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualified experience as an accountant.
• Strong understanding of fund structures in real estate.
• Experience in managing client meetings with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients deliver compliance services.
• Promote the Outsourcing business through networking.
• Review production of management information and VAT returns.
• Manage the team to complete all outsourced accounting accurately.
• Provide quality accounting services to clients.

Skills

Fully Qualified Accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA

Real Estate experience

Experience in presenting monthly financial reports

Strong technical skills in IFRS reporting

Team management and development

Education

Qualified Accountant certification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
