You\'ll be involved in a broad range of transactional real estate matters, including:

  • Investment and development projects
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Joint ventures and pre-letting
  • Real estate financings and restructurings
  • Infrastructure and energy development
  • Corporate support and M&A-related property work
  • You\'ll act as lead lawyer on transactions, manage junior colleagues, and collaborate across practice areas and jurisdictions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent jurisdiction)
  • 4+ years PQE with strong experience in transactional real estate
  • Proven expertise in development, investment, acquisitions and disposals
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills
