Real Estate Lawyer (NQ-5) – Edinburgh

An established Real Estate team in Edinburgh is looking to appoint a lawyer at NQ-5 level. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative practice offering exposure to high-quality, varied commercial real estate work.

The Opportunity:
  • Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, asset management, corporate support, real estate finance and renewable energy transactions
  • Working closely with colleagues across a national real estate practice, providing access to local, UK-wide and international work
  • Opportunities for client contact and involvement in business development activity as experience grows
About You:
  • A qualified Lawyer in Scotland, NQ to 5 PQE, with commercial real estate experience from training or post‑qualification
  • Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
  • Flexible working patterns, including part‑time, are welcomed
