A leading national law firm in the UK is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer for a Professional Support Lawyer role. This position involves developing a knowledge management toolkit for commercial and residential property lawyers and collaborating with IT and Learning Development on training initiatives. Candidates must have at least 8 years of PQE in real estate law and excellent communication skills. Part-time working arrangements are considered.
A leading national law firm are seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join their property team as a Professional Support Lawyer. This role can be based across any of their offices in the South East.
The property team comprises of Commercial Real Estate (including Planning & Environment), Residential Property, Property Litigation and Project and Cost Management across the UK.
You will join the property team and guide them through their next phase of growth and development by building and developing a knowledge management toolkit for it's commercial and residential and both contentious and non-contentious lawyers.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the knowledge management of the property team and help the group with further development of technology, software and AI. You will liaise closely with the firm's IT and Learning and Development teams and build a central knowledge database.
You will also work closely with the Business Development Team to build the property team's lawyer biography library. You will develop and support the delivery of internal training and re-invigorate the Property Academy for junior lawyers.
You will also support the delivery of bespoke client facing training and provide monthly updates to lawyers.
It is essential that you are an experienced real estate lawyer with at least 8 years PQE and you will have exception technical knowledge in property law. You must have good communication skills and previous experience in a client facing role with a city, national or regional practice.
