Deal Execution:

• Play a key role in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Industry Research:

• Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate, gaming and lodging industries.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

Client Interaction:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and transaction details.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the REGAL group.
• Work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including legal, compliance, and other support functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking.
• Previous sector experience beneficial but not a prerequisite.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
