A new opportunity has landed at one of the most respected Real Estate Finance teams in the city for a mid-level REF Associate.

The work will be highly varied and exciting and include major real estate finance deals ; advice to lender and sponsor clients on structured debt and refinancing often around £1B in value, drafting complex facility agreements and support on the project management of deals.

Applicants must have upwards of 3 PQE in Real Estate Finance and a strong understanding of the full range of real estate assets including offices, logistical, retail and hotels.
