• Ability to analyse market data and client insights for decisions.

• Proactive, solutions-focused approach balancing strategy and delivery.
• Experience in legal/accounting/consulting services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice groups and senior stakeholders to develop growth plans.
• Advise partners on client development, market positioning and opportunities.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to support decisions.
• Lead client growth campaigns and sector-focused programmes.
• Support key client programmes and strengthen cross-sell opportunities.
• Facilitate strategic planning and translate objectives into actions.
• Use data and market intelligence to evaluate activity and measure success.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and digital teams for aligned delivery.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and panel appointments with strategic input.
• Build internal networks and foster cross-practice collaboration.
