An opportunity in Birmingham for a strategic and commercially aware real estate solicitor join a nationally recognised real estate team consisting of 100+ development lawyers, a third of which are based in Birmingham. Experience wise they are looking for 4+ PQE solicitor due to the increasing demand within their complex development caseload. This opportunity would suit an Associate or Senior Associate with solid exposure and proven experience of managing a caseload in this area is essential.
