We are Buchanan in London seeks a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its core transactional practice. The role covers major commercial real estate transactions, investments, development, disposals, asset management, joint ventures, and real estate finance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 PQE with strong drafting and negotiation skills and experience in City or international real estate firms. You will work across planning, construction, finance and disputes teams on high-value deals.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 PQE with strong transactional CRE experience.
• Experience across investment acquisitions/disposals, development, asset management.
• Experience in a credible City, international or leading UK real estate practice.
• Ability to handle complex, high-value transactions with appropriate supervision.

Responsabilités

• Advise on major commercial real estate transactions.
• Work on investment acquisitions and disposals.
• Support development and regeneration projects.
• Advise on asset management matters.
• Handle joint ventures and corporate real estate transactions.
• Gains exposure to real estate finance and restructuring matters.
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents.
• Manage substantive workstreams on complex matters.
• Deal directly with sophisticated institutional and sponsor clients.
• Coordinate with Planning, Construction, Finance and Real Estate Disputes teams.
• Work on high-value, high-profile transactions across the UK.
