Qualifications

• Strong grounding in real estate and commercial property law.
• Experience in a recognised commercial property or real estate team.
• Active interest in technology and AI to enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise on property investment acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters including new leases negotiation.
• Conduct property due diligence supporting real estate finance and corporate transactions.
• Manage asset management tasks including lease renewals, surrenders, easements, licences and portfolio management.
