Qualifications

• Up to two years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Experience with development work and leases, client invoicing and landlord/tenant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist on complex development transactions, including site acquisitions and disposals.
• Advise on commercial real estate acquisitions, leases and related documentation.
• Build relationships with clients, delivering a first-class service on high-profile matters.
• Participate in junior lawyer development and firm-wide knowledge sharing.
