Job summary

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Property Associate with 4+ PQE for a hybrid role in London. You will handle high-value property matters for a diverse client base, including investors, developers, and corporates, with support from Partners.

You will manage your own caseload, build long-term client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team in a Legal 500-recognised firm.

Qualifications

• A solicitor with at least four years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience at a City, West End or leading regional firm preferred.
• Commercial property expertise across acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant, and related advisory work.

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Associate to join a growing, Legal 500-recognised London law firm.

You will advise a varied client base, including property investors, developers, high-net-worth individuals, luxury retail brands and corporate clients, on high-value and complex commercial property matters.

The role includes:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property support on corporate transactions and restructurings

You will manage your own caseload with Partner support, develop long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

What we’re looking for:

A solicitor with at least four years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with strong technical skills and experience gained at a respected City, West End or leading regional firm. You will be confident managing transactions, commercially minded and keen to develop your practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
